In April 2002 Selection One purchased banking recruitment agency, Latro Recruitment. It immediately gave us relationships with organisations such as HSBC, CSFB and BNP Paribas and as part of the arrangement we took on a number of highly experienced consultants. Our strength in this area is fortified by a having a number of SFA qualified consultants with not only excellent knowledge of the front and back office banking process but strong understanding of the financial products traded and settled by investment banks. There are a range of methods we use when identifying candidates from our standard contingency process that utilises online access we have to more then 1million CV’s to Executive Search. With our database we can search under any word mentioned in candidates CV’s that together with a selection of pre search screening options shortlist a select number of prospects.
