Patrick Isaacs

Patrick has been in the recruitment industry since 1994. He is a major driving force behind Selection One whilst retaining a hands on role with clients. After graduating in 1992 he joined a leading investment bank. Two years later he was approached by one of the UK's largest recruitment companies and invited to become a consultant. He went on to become one of their largest income generators and manage their Executive Search division. Together with a colleague, in 1997 he set up a technology recruitment company that grew into a £15 million, 80 staff organisation before being sold in 2001. After a short break he returned to set up Selection One with a view to creating a world wide, world class company. He's on track!

Rupert Williams

Rupert manages Selection One's Sales & IT Division. He is a graduate from London Guildhall University with a 2:1 degree in Business Studies. His career began in recruitment at The Morgan Partnership in 1997 where he was consistently in the top 3 revenue generators. He progressed and in 1999 became the company's youngest divisional manager, aged 24. He joined Selection One in May 2001 and has been one of the corner stones on which the organisation has grown to its current state. He manages two of the company's three largest accounts and prides himself on always being the first in and last to leave.

James Wallace, CFA

James runs Selection One's Banking team. His career began with five years working for a leading American Investment Bank initially in Japanese Bond Settlements before moving in to Private Clients as a Junior Sales Trader. A colleague left to join a specialist search company focused on front office banking and after exploring the opportunity for himself he decided to follow. He went on to become the organisations top performing consultant and run their front office recruitment team. He left to join Selection One in July 2002 after deciding his personal goal to create and manage a worldwide banking recruitment unit could only be realised by working with a company whose ambition matched his own.

Brett Havis, ACCA

Previously Finance Director for the Morgan Partnership, Brett in now heads up Selection One Finance Division as Group FD. As part of his remit he also manages the administration office in Essex. Before moving to the recruitment industry in 1997 he previously ran a management accountancy team for a leading Investment Bank in London. He has a wealth of experience in this industry and has overall responsibility for not only Selection One staff but also the payment of Contract Staff.

Mike Marrs

Mike was previously the Managing Director of William Clark Associates before it became part of the Selection One Group in October 2003. He remains an Executive Director with responsibility for a number of high profile clients. He has eight years experience in recruitment and is well respected within the  industry.
