By car:  If travelling toward Southend on the A127, follow signs to Shoebury by taking the A1159 which becomes Eastern Avenue after the parks.  Continue over two roundabouts and turn right at the third into Hamstel Road.  Westbury Road runs parallel with Hamstel Road and can be reached via Rylands Road or North Avenue.  There is generally plenty of free parking outside or nearby.

By train:  Westbury Road is a 20-minute walk from Southend Victoria train station - although there are normally plenty of taxis outside.  If walking, turn left out of the station and under the pedestrian bridge.  At the roundabout, stay on the left and walk along Sutton Road.  Turn right into North Avenue and left into Westbury Road. 

By bus:  There is a bus stop nearby in North Avenue.  Turn right off North Avenue into Westbury Road (i.e. head North).
